Lesson of the Day

This morning I had a late start, so I made the call to spray in some dry shampoo to make my hair remotely presentable in public. I knew I was just running a few errands and, frankly, the people at Target don't usually look too hot themselves at 8am. So I felt okay.

Fast forward to 10 minutes ago, when I get home and discover that a sort of... umm... paste has formed on my scalp. Apparently, getting a little overheated while running around while wearing the dry shampoo is not the way to go.

Lesson Learned! Spread the word...

Good to know! I have always wanted to try that - looks like I'll be skipping it, thanks for the heads up :)

Actually, I love a spray dry shampoo. I have pin straight hair when its blown out, so it helps me create volume, too. I've used other brands (Klorane is my favorite) and didn't have the same problem - at least as bad.

I use the powder and LOVE it.

A - do you use the Blandi powder or another brand? I got a bottle of it (along with the spray) as part of a RueLaLa package but haven't tried it yet.

I use the Blandi brand. It smells pretty decent too! I also have the Bumble & Bumble brand but I haven't tried it yet. Someone gave me a large sample.
